Mission Statement

To sponsor, support, and provide nationally recognized educational seminars and training programs allowing networking, professional development, certification, and recognition of all members.

Goals

• Educate the public, building safety professionals, and other professionals on the responsibilities and duties provided by Permit Technicians and recognized administrative staff.

• Recognize Permit Technicians as invaluable first contact staff and customer support.

• Encourage and promote education and certification in support of ICC related to administration of building, land use, and development regulations.

• Encourage and enhance communication between members and the public, while applying distinctive knowledge and skill.

• Pursue higher professional and ethical standards.
